Board of Directors

The Board of Directors was established in November 1999 when the IMHR was incorporated as an independent non-profit corporation. The Board oversees the affairs of the Institute and has the authority to appoint subcommittees to deal with Institute matters such as finance, public relations and fundraising, staffing and appointments to the Board, and any other matters of importance.
