Young Researchers' Forum
The objectives of the IMHR Young Researchers’ Forum are to:
1) provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge and ideas between young researchers from diverse research backgrounds;
2) develop a foundation for collaboration among young researchers;
3) give young researchers the opportunity to learn about the research areas of their peers to increase their capacity as multidisciplinary researchers; and
4) provide fundamental knowledge to clinicians to foster the translation of research findings into clinical care.
The IMHR Young Researchers’ Forum is open to any researcher in training affiliated with the University of Ottawa Institute of Mental Health Research or the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. This includes medical residents, clinical fellows, undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, research coordinators, associates, assistants and volunteers.
