Alain Labelle (MD)

Alain Labelle is Director of the Schizophrenia Program at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre and an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Ottawa. His primary research interest is clinical psychopharmacology, with special expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia, antipsychotic medications and their side effects, and familial aspect of schizophrenia. Dr. Labelle is an active speaker, author, and reviewer for scholarly journals, and has published over 70 scientific articles.
